ITC to Investigate Nokia 3G Phones
Based on an unfair trade practice complaint from InterDigital, the ITC is going to begin investigating some Nokia 3G handsets for possible patent infringement. The patents in question pertain to WCDMA technology that InterDigital claims to own. Phones that will be investigated include the N75, which is sold in the US. This is separate from the patent cases involving Qualcomm.
