AT&T Fires Off Four Messaging Devices


Today AT&T announced four new messaging-focused feature phones. All four have full QWERTY keyboards for composing messages.

Pantech Matrix: This dual-slider is similar to the Duo, and also has a 1.3 megapixel camera, GPS and 3G. It can access AT&T's messaging services, including video share. It will cost $80 after rebates with new agreement and is available today.
Samsung Propel: This square slider also has 3G, can access AT&T's video share service, and has a 1.3 megapixel camera. It will cost $80 after rebates with new agreement and will be available later this month.
Pantech Slate: The Slate is a very thin bar-style phone that has a 1.3 megapixel camera and Bluetooth. It will cost $50 after rebates with new agreement and will be available later this month.
AT&T Quickfire: This sideways slider resembles the SideKick Slide. It has 3G and will cost $100 after rebates with new agreement. It will be available in November.
